1. Product Eligibility & Legal Compliance

Charlie’s Knives sells new, authentic knives sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors. By purchasing from our website, you agree that:

  • You are of legal age to purchase knives in your state or locality.

  • You understand and comply with all federal, state, and local knife laws.

  • You are responsible for knowing whether certain blade types, lengths, or mechanisms are restricted where you live.

  • Charlie’s Knives is not liable for orders seized or rejected due to local restrictions.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday during normal business hours. Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • Orders cannot be modified once they enter the fulfillment stage.

 

3. Shipping Policy

Charlie’s Knives ships knives only within the contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination.

  • Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if the carrier prohibits knife shipments.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because knives are precision tools and collector items, we maintain the following policy:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, unsharpened, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

  • 100% authentic

  • Sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized partners

  • New, unused, and inspected before shipment

We do not sell used, refurbished, or altered knives.

 

6. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Inventory is updated regularly, but availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.

  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with notice.
