Condition notes in the product listing are part of the item description. Pre-owned items are generally not eligible for return unless the item was materially misrepresented in the listing.

All prices listed on charliesknives.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable Texas state and local tax laws, as well as any applicable out-of-state nexus requirements. The applicable tax rate will be displayed during checkout prior to order completion.

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we received your order — it is not an acceptance of the order or a guarantee of fulfillment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Order Cancellations by Customer

You may request to cancel your order by contacting us at info@charliesknives.com as soon as possible after placing it. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has been packed and shipped. Once an order has been handed to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return per our Return Policy.

Order Cancellations by Charlie's Knives

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from our cancellation of an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may be available for select items — please contact us before ordering. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Knives and edged tools are subject to varying laws by state, county, and municipality. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all local laws regarding the purchase, receipt, possession, and carry of any item ordered from our website. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where we have reason to believe the shipment would violate applicable law.

Restricted Jurisdictions: Certain knife types (e.g., automatic/switchblade knives, ballistic knives, and knives over specified blade lengths) may be restricted or prohibited in your state or locality. By placing an order, you represent that receiving and possessing the item is legal in your location.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

The arbitration shall take place in Dallas, Texas. You and Charlie's Knives each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

Exception: Either party may seek emergency equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
