This edition features the Platts Jig Yellow Bone handle, a tribute to Charles Platts, the Sheffield‑trained cutler whose craftsmanship helped shape early American knifemaking. His jigging style lives on in this bone treatment, blending historical artistry with Case’s modern precision.
