The Chaves Red Label Arrestor Integral 229 is a collaboration between Ramon Chaves and custom knifemaker Brad Blount, a compact, overbuilt EDC folder that brings Blount's custom design language together with Chaves' premium manufacturing.

Handle: Full-integral titanium — machined from a single block for a seam-free build and superior rigidity.

Locking Mechanism: Frame lock integrated directly into the handle body for rock-solid lockup.

Blade: M390 stainless steel with a hollow grind, with M390, which is widely regarded as one of the top-tier production blade steels, delivering exceptional edge retention, wear resistance, and stain resistance.
Handle Construction: Full-integral titanium — the handle frame and lock bar are machined from a single billet of titanium, eliminating the scale-to-liner interface found on traditional folding knives. The result is a tighter, more rigid chassis with zero flex and no seam lines.
Locking Mechanism: Integral frame lock with lockup built directly into the monolithic handle body. No separate liner — the lock bar is part of the same titanium billet, providing a more direct and structurally unified lockup than a conventional liner lock design.
