 🔒 Credit Card Billing Address Must Match Shipping Address Policy

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, we require that the billing address associated with the credit card used for payment match the shipping address for all orders.

• Billing and Shipping Address Match Required

All orders must have identical billing and shipping addresses. This ensures that the cardholder is the recipient of the goods and helps prevent unauthorized purchases.

• Verification Process

Our payment processor automatically verifies the billing address provided during checkout. If the billing address does not match the records held by the card issuer, the transaction will be declined or canceled after processing.

• Exceptions

We do not offer exceptions to this policy. If you require shipment to a different address, please use an alternative payment method such as PayPal (if available), which offers additional verification options.

• Order Cancellation

Orders that fail address verification will be automatically canceled. Customers will be notified via email and encouraged to place a new order with matching billing and shipping details.

Rationale

This policy is designed to reduce the risk of identity theft, unauthorized card use, and chargebacks. It also ensures that our products reach the intended recipient securely and reliably.

Our return policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the product within this period for a refund, minus a 10% restocking and shipping fee.

Please note the following conditions:

  This fee covers resale preparation and shipping costs if return conditions are not fully met.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Damaged goods may result in refund denial.

• Shipping costs and logistics: Shipping to these locations is often more expensive, especially when using ground-based carriers like UPS or FedEx, which may not have efficient routes. While the USPS offers consistent rates, some companies only use specific carriers with which they are familiar. Also USPS does not allow us to ship automatic knives or firearms.
• Item restrictions: Certain items, such as hazardous materials, aerosols, or lithium batteries, are prohibited from being shipped by air, which is often the preferred method for reaching these destinations.
• Seller policy: Not shipping outside the contiguous 48 states to avoid the complexities and costs associated with alternative shipping methods. 

Charlie's Old Pawn LLC ships all items marked as FREE Shipping (unless otherwise stated) via USPS or UPS Ground Services.

Automatic knives cannot be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) due to federal restrictions governing the mailing of switchblades and similar automatic‑opening knives. All automatic knife orders will be shipped exclusively through approved private carriers that permit the transport of these items.

If we change the delivery service or vendor, our Customer Services Department will notify you.

For larger items (e.g., rifles), additional shipping charges may apply for firearm cases or air-tight containers. Customers will be notified in advance.
